We are fortunate to have him as our entertainment and music senior editor.

Cabaret is an enigma. It is also frightening, when you come to learn about the human drama, tragedies and horrific fate of legendary artists who ended their lives in total misery and poverty. Cabaret also is happy and vibrant, when successful and talented stars add their magic and uniqueness to its infinitely magnetizing universe. This issue brings you the ups and downs, the happy and sad days, the light and the darkness of the world of cabaret. In addition, extensive in-depth articles on the birth and development of cabaret in the United States and abroad provides wealth of information and excitement. You are going to love it. Everybody is happy except many of our columnists and writers who were deprived -this time- from contributing to this issue, because our intention was to create a golden edition on Cabaret at the expense of loosing wonderful articles and editorials, usually written by our editorial staff. But we had to do it. And no regrets. We are satisfied with the product and the results. I am certain you will agree with me.
